Bloom Enchantix!

From Season 3, Episode 16 in Italian. Bloom comes up and says "Valtor Chaa Miiee!" (Valtor will not win, NEVER!) Then sparkles create her eyeshadow then the dragon swirls around her and she turns her hand and with a burst of light her gloves appear, Same with her leg except it doesn't turn. Then a blue type thing comes up and her wings expand up and she poses.
