David John Cicero had minor music success in the early 1990s, releasing music material under a record label owned by Pet Shop Boys. Love Is Everywhere was co-produced by Pet Shop Boys and even includes Neil Tennant's backing vocal near the end. The song managed to reach number 19 in the UK Singles Chart in January 1992.
